RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal at O’Connell’s.  In the event that a product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange.  All returns must be postmarked within 15 days after receiving your purchase.  Original tags must remain attached, all footwear must exhibit no signs of wear.  Please call us first to arrange for a return authorization at 1-800-336-0076.  As we're sure you understand, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, monogrammed items, and tailored merchandise.  When returning merchandise, please use the same box your purchase arrived in, and the same protective wrapping.  Please note: shipping and handling charges are not credited on returns.  Customer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and cost.  Returns should be addressed to: O’Connell’s, 3240 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14214, Attn: Returns
