Extended Holiday Shopping Return Policy!
O’Connell’s Clothing has a 15 day return policy for online purchases. For the convenience of our customers who want to begin holiday shopping early, we are extending the policy's time period. For online purchases made between November 1, 2014 and December 24th, 2014, our return policy will be until January 20th, 2015. All other standard return policy conditions apply.

UPS 2nd Day - $25.00
UPS Overnight - $50.00

We ship via US Postal Service, Priority Shipping.  We insure the package for the cost of the goods, not the retail value.

RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal at O’Connell’s.  In the event that a product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange.  All returns must be postmarked within 15 days after receiving your purchase.  Original tags must remain attached, all footwear must exhibit no signs of wear.  Please include your name, phone number, and reciept, or copy of the receipt.  If you have any additional inquiries please call us at 1-800-336-0076.  O'Connell's cannot accept returns on tailored merchandise, custom orders, and monogrammed items.  When returning merchandise, please use the same, or similar packaging, that your purchase arrived in.  Please note: shipping and handling charges are not credited on returns, and outgoing exchanges are recharged the initial shipping charge.  Customer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and cost.  Returns should be addressed to: O’Connell’s, 3240 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14214, Attn: Returns
