It has a 100% wool whipcord outer, nearly bulletproof. The lining is 100% vicuna colored alpaca, with 1/2" nap, very warm. Shoulders are full raglan. Storm flap buttons to fully enclose neck and face. Double breasted, belted, adjustable cuff straps. This is the outerwear of choice for me when I am stepping out into a Buffalo morning. Size 44 - (a little less full cut for an Invertere, it will feel like a size 45 to you) This coat is a one of a kind at O'Connells, never seen another in 30+ years of watching these beauties roll in. 100% wool outer, donegal pattern. 100% alpaca lining, 1/2" nap. It fits me a little tight over a suit, so it will fit a 44 nicely. Double breasted, belted, adjustable cuff straps. Epilets (can be removed via tailoring if you wanted to show the full raglan sleeves). Heavy, warm, a bear. Only drawback....the sleeves will be long, probably would need tailoring of an inch. I am still searching for a cotton outer, alpaca-lined classic storm coat that will fit you well. The short is too short, the long is too long, the regular is too small.....etc. I will post a pic soon if we have one that will fit.
