Customer satisfaction is our goal at O’Connell’s. In the event that a product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days after receiving your purchase.

Original tags must remain attached, all footwear must exhibit no signs of wear.  Please note: O'Connell's cannot accept returns on tailored merchandise, custom orders, and monogrammed merchandise. Shipping charges are not credited on returns, and outgoing exchanges are recharged shipping.  Customer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and cost.  *Please note this is not our policy for stylist & costume designers. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: O’Connell’s is pleased to offer convenient international shipping. International packages are sent via United States Postal Service.  The governments of the destination country determine the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and taxes that should be charged for the products being imported into the country. These may vary by country, type of product being imported and where the product was manufactured. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by O’Connell’s, please contact your local government for specific details.

STYLIST & COSTUME RETURN POLICY: We ask that any merchandise being returned be postmarked no later than 15 days after confirmed delivery date. The full cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, including returned shipping. Please call or email for a quote. Items sent back after 15 days, look worn, have deodorant or makeup stains, or have been washed will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returned merchandise. Exchanges will not be charged restocking fees. Shipping charges are applied to all exchanges. Please contact Brittany with any questions.
